Meet Me!

Hi, I’m Kali Smith — a personal trainer who’s passionate about helping women, moms, and athletes feel strong, confident, and capable in their everyday lives and in competition.

Sports and fitness have always been a huge part of my world. I ran track and field at Utah State University, competing in the heptathlon — an event that pushed me to train across seven different disciplines and taught me just how powerful the human body (and mind) can be.

These days, you’ll also find me on the soccer field as a professional referee. I’ve been honored to work some incredible matches, including The 2021 and 2022 NWSL Championship games, the 2024 MLS All-Star Game, and even FIFA World Cups at the U-20 and U-17 levels. It’s been an amazing journey that’s given me a front row seat to world-class athletes and the training it takes to perform at the highest level.

But my real passion? Helping women and moms feel strong in their own lives. As a mom of two daughters, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to balance family, work, and fitness. Whether that’s keeping up with kids, getting back into a routine after having a baby, or chasing personal goals, I believe strength training is one of the best tools we have for building confidence and energy.
